What we cover and what we don't
- We save a full read of every module before any work, and every part is handled on an ESD-safe bench.
- Parts often reach us because they're already failing. We aren't responsible for damage or defects that existed before your part arrived, for damage in shipping to us, or for installation after it's returned.
- If our work damages your part, we'll repair it or replace it with an equivalent part, up to the amount you paid for the service. That is the limit of our liability.
- If we can't do the job, we tell you before any paid work and ship your part back.

Ship the original and the replacement together. We copy your original into the replacement so it's plug-and-play, with the same VIN, keys and options.
Needs the vehicle
- A brand-new or blank module with no original to copy
- Key programming and immobilizer setup
- Relearns and network or security setup that factory software runs in the car
These have to be done with the car at a dealer or local shop. Original lost or unreadable? Email us the part number first. If it can't be done on our bench, we'll tell you before you ship anything.
