Prices include the key, cutting and programming at our shop. Need us to come to you? Add the mobile trip fee below. Have a working key? That's a spare. Every key gone? That's all keys lost, which takes more work because the car's security system has to be accessed without a key.

*Typical dealer pricing is an estimate from common Denver-area dealer quotes and varies by dealer and vehicle. Dealers usually need the car on site, so a vehicle with no key has to be towed there.
40% off a second key, same visit
Once your car is connected and the first key is done, we can add a second key for 40% off our spare key price for your vehicle. The discount applies to the second key only, not the first key or the rest of the job.

Example: lost every key to your Toyota smart-key car? All keys lost from $425, plus a second key for $177 instead of $295, so you leave with two keys. The second key must be done on the same visit, for the same vehicle. Additional keys after the second are priced at the spare key rate. Can't be combined with the MODULINX25 code on the same key.
We come to you
Car stuck at home, work or a parking lot with no key? Skip the tow. We bring the keys, cutter and programming equipment to the vehicle. Mobile jobs are the price above plus one trip fee, and we quote the full total before we head out.

What's included
- The key or fob itself (quality aftermarket, OEM on request)
- Cutting to your locks, including high-security and laser-cut blades
- Programming to the car's immobilizer, plus remote buttons where equipped
- Testing every function before you leave
- On all-keys-lost jobs, lost keys are removed from the car so they can't start it
What changes the price
- OEM vs aftermarket key: genuine dealer keys cost more
- Year and system: some newer models need extra module work or security access
- Module repair: a damaged immobilizer or ignition module is quoted separately
- Mobile service: a trip fee if we come to you (see above), or bring it to our shop and skip it

Pricing questions
Why is "all keys lost" more than a spare?
With a working key we can add a new one to the car fairly quickly. With no key, we have to decode the lock, access the car's immobilizer directly and program new keys from scratch, then erase the lost ones. It's more time and more equipment.
Are you cheaper than the dealer?
Usually, and you skip the dealer wait and the tow. We aren't the cheapest locksmith in town, and we don't try to be: you're paying for a registered technician with dealer-level equipment who gets it done right the first time.

Can you come to me?
Yes. We do mobile key work around Northglenn and north up to Longmont and Fort Lupton. It's the same key price plus a trip fee: $95 close to our shop, $145 for Dacono, Fort Lupton, Firestone, Frederick, Erie, Lafayette, Louisville and Longmont. We confirm the total before we come out.
Can I bring a key I bought online?
Sometimes. Many online keys are the wrong chip or frequency. Send us the part details first and we'll tell you if it will work and what programming costs.
Legitimate work only. Photo ID matching the registration or title is required on every key job. We do not make keys without verifying ownership.
